1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiDoesSEO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AI Solutions Ireland ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Dublin, Ireland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

AiDoesSEO is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automates SEO tasks including AI-driven content generation, technical site audits, keyword research, GEO/LLM visibility tracking, and automated publishing to websites. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and your website's CMS or hosting environment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • Be a legal entity or individual with the authority to enter into a binding contract.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price.

  • Monthly plan: €79 per month, billed monthly.
  • Annual plan: €708 per year (equivalent to €59/month), billed annually.
  • Add-ons: Additional websites, countries, and keyword slots may be purchased at the rates listed on our pricing page.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that date.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or account.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or stress-test the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including GDPR and Irish data protection law.

We reserve the right to suspend access for any account found to be in breach of this section without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The AiDoesSEO platform, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by AI Solutions Ireland and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content generated by the Service on your behalf (blog articles, FAQs, news articles, etc.) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is free from inaccuracy or plagiarism.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular SEO outcome or search ranking improvement will be achieved. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, your website's existing authority, and competitive landscape.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, AI Solutions Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
